Upwwards Labs redesigned and launched a website for Travel Empire Ghana. The team here helped develop their new visual identity for their online brand. Travel Empire Ghana needed a fresh design to help better communicate its branding across its digital channels. This primarily involved the design and launch of their new website.

Challenge:

Given the sensitive nature of international travel and education, Excelgate Solutions needed a website that could establish trust and give assurance to prospective students and their families regarding the agency’s reliability as well as a track record of successful outcomes in years of business.

Approach:

Having a clear understanding of our client’s needs, we started with ideation to wireframe to finally come up with a sleek design and user-friendly navigation. We collaborated with the previous designer to come up with this.

Solution:

Our key focus was on Establishing trust and credibility. The website prominently featured testimonials and success stories from previous clients as well as information about the agency’s accreditation and affiliations.

Lead Capture forms:
Strategically placed inquiry forms and contact buttons facilitated lead generation and enabled the client to nurture relationships with prospective students.

Result:

Improved brand perception from 20% to 78% using key testimonials and success stories and a 60% increase in conversion rates from potential leads.
